Tour Itinerary: Tour itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.
Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen emergencies, cancellations, or medical expenses during your trip.
Liability Waiver: HeslaaVictoria and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or inconvenience incurred during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
Age Restrictions: Some tours may have age restrictions. Please check the tour description or contact us for more information.
Payment: Payment for tour packages must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via payment methods which shows in checkout page.

No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled tour departure date.
Tour Modifications: In the event that we need to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
